Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
As food products, makhana snacks are perishable items, meaning they have a limited shelf life, so our policy is aligned with the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, prior to it being dispatched. We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel orders once they have dispatched.
Refund for cancellations due to the above reasons shall be made at the sole discretion of the company through the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
2. Returns & Exchanges
As food products, makhana snacks cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, and other regulations set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI); we regret that we cannot take returns for the following reasons:
Order received, wrong order received, wrong taste, etc.
Exceptions:
We can take returns in the following cases:
The product was received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition.
The product received is an expired or near-expired one. Please verify the "best before" date on the packaging.
3. Refunds
For approved returns/damaged items: Full refund, including shipping, will be made within 7-10 business days.
Partial refunds will be made for partial issues.
Refunds will take 5-10 days to reflect in your account.
No cash refunds; refunds will be made through the original mode only.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Chunx makhana products fall under the perishable/dry snack category, so they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after opening/use.
Please contact us regarding any issues, and we will try to satisfy our customer according to these guidelines.

Please email us at [feedback@chunxfood.com] with your order number, details of the issue, product, packaging, etc., along with your contact details.
Please ensure that the return products are sent in their original, unopened packaging. However, the cost of return shipping shall have to be borne by the customer.
