1. Acceptance By accessing the Platform, registering, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility You must be 18+ years old or have parental consent. We may refuse service to anyone.

3. Products & Orders

• All products comply with FSSAI standards (License No: 10826999000181).
• Product images/descriptions are illustrative; slight variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse/cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability), or modify prices without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices include GST and are shown in INR.
• We require full payment at checkout through secure gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, and others. We do not store card details.
• Any additional taxes/duties are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property All content (logos, images, text) is owned by Chunx. No unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect/consequential losses, product misuse, allergies (check ingredients), or delays beyond control.
• The maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

7. Indian laws govern the governing law and disputes. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

8. Changes: We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
