1. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful payment confirmation.
- In case of any delay (e.g., stock issues or high demand), we will notify you via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49-₹99 (depending on location/pin code) applies and is displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges cover standard delivery via trusted partners.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Metro & Tier-1 cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days.
- Tier-2/3 cities & remote areas: 5-7 business days.
- Remote/Northeast/Hilly areas: 7-10 business days (may vary due to logistics).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to courier performance, weather, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. Track your order on our website or the courier's portal.
5. Delivery Address & Issues
- Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. We deliver only to verifiable addresses.
- In case of failed delivery attempts (wrong address, recipient unavailable), additional charges may apply for retries.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery).
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We may expand in the future.
